• 44/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Williamsville Suburban Care Center.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys helping residents regain essential skills, improve daily function, and achieve greater independence through individualized therapy. What You'll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance Establish meaningful rehabilitation goals and monitor resident progress Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment to support safety and independence Modify treatment plans based on resident needs and response to therapy Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support continued progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $38
