r44916-44308 Job Description Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time Join Our Team as a School-Based Occupational Therapist! We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a student-focused team for the current school year. This is a full-time opportunity working with PreK through 5th grade students, providing essential therapy services that help children succeed both academically and functionally within the school environment. If you are passionate about helping students develop the skills needed for independence, classroom participation, and overall success, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment. NBCOT certification preferred or required per state regulations. Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school locations. Key Responsibilities Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct occupational therapy services according to IEP requirements. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams. Conduct classroom observations and provide consultation services as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional school participation skills. Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration efforts. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment.
