Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health Direct Hire Position -
East Side of Cincinnati, OH Pay:
$70 per patient visit +
Mileage Reimbursement Schedule:
Flexible / Full-Time (25+ visits/week)

Comprehensive Benefits Package Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible, rewarding career where you can make a meaningful impact We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing Home Health team serving patients throughout the east side of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one occupational therapy services in patients' homes, helping individuals regain independence, improve functional abilities, and maximize their quality of life. What You'll Do Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes. Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, evaluations, progress notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries. Travel throughout the assigned service area to provide in-home patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license. Two years of clinical experience preferred (home health experience is a plus). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
