Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license, or eligibility for licensure in Ohio. Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to create engaging, individualized intervention plans for students at varying developmental levels. Organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student success.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to pre-K (3 students) and K-5 (8 students plus one consultation) in accordance with IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students' academic and functional independence. Evaluate student needs, document progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Attend relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning. Provide services two days per week, accommodating students across pre-K to 5th grade.
