Desired Qualifications:
Active OT license in Ohio or eligibility to obtain Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Flexible, positive attitude, and willingness to embrace new environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized therapy services to students to promote academic and social success Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement IEPs Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of a student population
