Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials in the state of Ohio Prior experience providing OT services in a school-based setting Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal development Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfort delivering therapy and consultative services to a K-12 caseload Ability to collaborate effectively with special education staff, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide direct therapy to students Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of IEP goals Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school and district standards Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to maximize student participation and success Adapt therapy methods to fit individual and group needs in a supportive school environment Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development as needed Experience the satisfaction of guiding students toward success while enjoying a structured and dynamic contract role.
