Job Description

Works under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Services and Medical Staff. Performs direct patient care within the guidelines of the referring to evaluate, design and reassess age-specific treatment plans to meet the assessed needs of pediatric to geriatric patients; and performs adequate documentation. Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and unlicensed support personnel in therapy department. Assists in formulation of departmental and hospital-wide PI activities.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from an Occupational Therapy Program this is accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
  • May be entry, but one year experience preferred.
