1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a home health position serving patients throughout the Dayton, Ohio area on a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule. Details Home health setting serving patients in Springfield, South Charleston, and North Lewisburg, Ohio Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 hours) Requirements Current OT license required if applicable 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with any gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes Quick start candidates will be considered Minimum lead time of 1.5 weeks (10 calendar days) from booking to start required to allow for credentialing and compliance All time off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
