Job Description

PRN therapists needed! Marion Rehab is looking for experienced Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists. Our therapists provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services to patients in our Skilled Nursing Facility environment by assessing our resident's needs and generating a treatment program to help the resident reach their established goals. Benefits Flexible shift times Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO package Duties and Responsibilities Evaluates patients to assess specific needs and conducts the assessments necessary to create a patient's individual Plan of Care Administer treatments when needed Plan and implement individualized treatment programs by identifying short and long-term goals and the methods needed to achieve those goals. Maintain accurate medical records and keep team informed of changes in patient status Supervise and direct licensed Therapy Assistants Schedule PRN Skills and Qualifications Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment at Marion Rehab Consistently demonstrates sound judgement Communicates in a positive, clear and professional manner with all residents, family members and other healthcare team members IND123
