1 Description American Traveler is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel contract at a skilled nursing facility in Ohio, focusing on evaluation and treatment of both short-term and long-term residents. Details Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Treats both short-term and long-term patient populations Focus areas include ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, and upper extremity function 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week with flexible scheduling Requirements Active Ohio OT license required (license required if applicable) Current OT licensure must be in active status Additional Information Evaluate and treat residents, developing individualized treatment plans based on physician orders to improve independence and quality of life Complete timely documentation and treatments with the supervision and assistance of COTAs Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe discharge planning and maximize each resident's functional potential DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
