This contract position offers the chance to provide vital therapeutic services to help students thrive academically and personally. Qualifications:

Masters or doctorate degree in occupational therapy required Active Ohio occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing Previous experience in school settings is a plus, though not mandatory Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering student growth and achieving IEP goals

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 43 students across four buildings, including 38 receiving direct therapy and 5 with consultative services Design and implement individualized therapy interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Document progress, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings Empower students to build functional skills essential for classroom and daily life activities Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
