An Occupational Therapist helps patients with injuries, illnesses, and disabilities recover, improve, or develop skills needed for everyday activities. Assists people with mobility impairments to move easily around their homes; develops school and workplace settings that are accessible for individuals with physical or mental disabilities. May specialize in certain types of impairments or certain categories of patients.
We are currently seeking a PRN/Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing home health team. In this flexible, per-diem role, you will provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Cincinnati area, helping them regain function, independence, and confidence in performing daily activities.

PRN/Part Time, Weekdays/Weekends, Day Shift Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized care plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the home setting. Instruct patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, safety techniques, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitor patient progress, reassess needs, and modify care plans accordingly. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team. Document all services provided accurately and in a timely manner. Travel to patient homes throughout Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Maintain flexibility with scheduling during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Requirements:
Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio (required). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare facility or equivalent setting (required). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Ability to work independently while managing a flexible caseload.
