Job Description

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist supporting Long Term Care patients. Our facility emphasizes strengths, not limitations, providing the appropriate setting and levels of care that enable individuals to reach their highest functional level, while preserving each person's dignity and sense of well-being.
Responsibilities:
Screen, evaluate, and develop plans of care for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders Provide skilled, medically necessary treatment using evidence-based practice, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document per regulatory and clinical requirements Communicate with the care team on patient progress and provide discharge summaries Supervise OT assistants, rehab aides, and/or students as needed Adhere to NBCOT and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics
Qualifications:
1+ years of OT experience required LTC or Rehab experience required Active Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma required New grads considered if Level II fieldwork experience is completed (Level I observation experience alone does not qualify) Current resume required Skills checklist completed within the last year required
Schedule:
8-hour shifts, day schedule
Overtime:

Pay:
$58.00 - $63.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
