$56.95 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and supplies Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success through VHS What You'll Do Conduct patient screenings and evaluations for cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with regulatory standards Administer rehabilitative therapies including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive devices Monitor patient progress and modify treatments to improve outcomes Document all clinical activities accurately and completely in electronic records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient care and discharge planning Supervise and support Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as needed Participate in meetings, trainings, and continual professional development What You Need Active Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma Current NBCOT certification At least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to work effectively within a team and follow regulatory guidelines About the Assignment This position is with a leading facility in Purcell, OK, dedicated to providing quality rehabilitative care to its residents.
