What You'll Do:
✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. ✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence. ✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. ✔️ Collaborate with SLPs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. ✔️ Provide guidance and supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Students.What We're Looking For:
✅ Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation). ✅ Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics- Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
