Occupational Therapist Gresham, OR Starting pay range: $45.00 - $56.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon Graduate from an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy CPR Certification National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Home Health Organizational skills to facilitate program development

Responsibilities:
