Located near Gresham, OR, youll work onsite three days per week, providing direct occupational therapy services to students across all grade levels.

Qualifications:

Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Knowledge of current best practices for supporting K-12 students with diverse needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals Ability to create individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed documentation Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational environment

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students and develop tailored intervention plans to address fine motor, gross motor, sensory, and self-care skills Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs and educational goals Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and caregivers, offering guidance and resources Track progress, gather data, and adjust interventions as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to the interdisciplinary approach to student support Advise on classroom modifications and adaptive strategies to maximize student participation This position invites you to work closely with students, empowering them to reach their fullest potential while enjoying a supportive school community.
