40 Hours/Week Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy services to improve patients' independence and ability to perform daily living activities. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve functional independence. Document patient care and therapy services accurately and in a timely manner. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) according to state practice acts and facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families. Maintain compliance with applicable safety, state, and federal regulations. Follow facility policies, procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD). Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license or ability to obtain one. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
