Job Description

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Master's Degree in From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.Or Coursework/Training:
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need.Or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire:
