This part-time contract position is perfect for a dedicated OT passionate about enhancing the educational experience of students from kindergarten through high school. What Were Looking For:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license (or eligibility for licensure) in Oregon Previous experience working in school settings, especially with K-12 populations, strongly preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and parents Comfortable working onsite for one designated day each week

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students, targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behaviors Collaborate with educational teams to support students IEP goals Deliver direct OT services and consult with classroom staff to create accessible learning environments Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Serve as a resource for school staff, providing strategies to enhance student engagement and participation
