Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Active and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an educational or school-based setting Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and knowledge of therapy documentation requirements Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Open to travel candidates; flexibility to be on-site as required
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Deliver evidence-based therapy services to support each students physical, sensory, and cognitive development Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other specialists to foster inclusive classroom participation Monitor student progress, update goals, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Assist with staff training and consult on strategies that promote a supportive learning environment for all students
