We are a therapist-owned private practice specializing in individualized, one-on-one care for adolescents and adults with neurological, cognitive, visual, vestibular, sensory, and functional challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who wants to grow beyond traditional therapy models , develop advanced clinical skills, and work in an environment where therapists have the time and support to truly evaluate the whole person. What Makes A Rise Above Different Our clinicians work with a diverse caseload that may include individuals with: Concussion and persistent post-concussion symptoms Neurological conditions and acquired brain injury ADHD and executive functioning challenges Visual processing and neuro-remedial vision deficits Cognitive and functional limitations Sensory processing and interoceptive difficulties Autonomic nervous system dysregulation Vestibular and visual-vestibular dysfunction Challenges with return to work, school, driving, and meaningful daily occupations Treatment is individualized and one-on-one , with an emphasis on identifying the underlying factors affecting function rather than simply treating symptoms. Who We're Looking For We are looking for an OT who is curious, motivated, collaborative, and eager to continue developing as a clinician . Previous experience in concussion, neuro, vision, ADHD, or vestibular rehabilitation is a plus, with some specialty experience encouraged . Mentorship and training are available for the right clinician. The ideal candidate enjoys clinical problem-solving, values evidence-informed and occupation-based practice, and is comfortable thinking outside of a "one-size-fits-all" treatment approach. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide one-on-one skilled OT intervention Address functional performance across home, work, school, community, and leisure environments Collaborate with PTs, physicians, optometrists, psychologists, educators, and other members of the patient's care team Provide patient and family education and develop meaningful home programs Complete timely, thorough clinical documentation Participate in ongoing clinical education, mentorship, and team collaboration Contribute to a positive, supportive, and patient-centered practice environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Pennsylvania OT license or eligibility for licensure NBCOT certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to continued learning and professional growth Interest in neurological and/or specialty outpatient rehabilitation Why Join A Rise Above?
