We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Clarion Nursing and Rehab, a healthcare organization dedicated to providing individualized care to our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatments, and re-evaluations, as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, treatment plans, and progress Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress About the
