This contract position offers a flexible arrangement of 12 hours per week (approximately 11.5 days), working closely with a caseload of 12 students to promote their success and participation in academic and social environments.

Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices in school therapy services

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative OT services to a diverse student population Assess students needs and develop individualized intervention plans Document and track student progress in compliance with school and regulatory requirements Participate in IEP meetings and support the educational teams efforts Offer recommendations and adaptations to optimize classroom engagement Communicate progress and strategies with families and staff
