Job Description
Part-Time Occupational Therapist Location:
Asbury Riverwoods | Lewisburg, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at Asbury Riverwoods, a senior living community offering Personal Care and Independent Living. This could be a great fit for an OT who enjoys working with older adults and wants to help residents stay safe, confident, and as independent as possible. You'll have the opportunity to provide thoughtful, individualized care while building meaningful relationships with the residents you serve. At Benchmark, we believe therapists do their best work when they feel trusted, respected, and supported. We want our clinicians to have the space to use their judgment, focus on what matters most to each resident, and feel connected to the team around them. What You'll Do Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Help residents maintain independence with daily routines and meaningful activities Address self-care, functional mobility, home safety, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention needs Recommend practical strategies and supports that make everyday activities safer and easier Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and other members of the care team Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident's goals Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Be part of a positive, supportive therapy environment What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication and interpersonal skills A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care Part-Time Benefits PTO with full annual rollover and no rollover cap Six paid holidays 401(k) Free continuing education through CEU360 Support from approachable clinical leadership If you're looking for part-time hours with a team where you can build relationships, provide meaningful care, and feel supported in your work, we'd be happy to tell you more about the opportunity at Asbury Riverwoods.Benefits
