Occupational Therapist:

Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide direct occupational therapy services to home health patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments, fine motor, sensory-motor, developmental delays, traumatic injuries, and swallowing disorders.

Who We're Looking For:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania. Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. A valid PA driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle for travel. Ability to work independently and manage patient care with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Why Gallagher Home Health?
