In this role, you will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to the Older Adult population in a Senior Living Community to enhance patients' independence and quality of life. You will work closely with the older adult population in a Senior Living Community. Your expertise will help develop tailored treatment plans that promote functional recovery and well-being in diverse settings. Duties Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning effectively. Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately, ensuring detailed clinical documentation and compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate patients and families on treatment goals, progress, and strategies to maximize independence at home or in community settings. $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
