Full-Time The Gardens at Millville, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Millville, PA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this rewarding role, you'll help residents regain independence, improve their ability to perform everyday activities, and achieve meaningful functional goals through hands-on, patient-centered care.What You'll Do:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals Provide direct occupational therapy services to improve independence, safety, mobility, and daily functioning Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on residents' needs and outcomes Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective rehabilitation Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support continued progressWhat You'll Bring:
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Pennsylvania Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach Excellent communication and documentation skills Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation teamWhat We Offer:
