Evaluate and assess individual patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans to inspire functional independence. Utilize evidence-based methods and therapeutic tools to improve motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physical therapists, speech therapists, doctors, nursing staff) to provide comprehensive care. Educate and empower patients and their families, providing them with the knowledge and techniques to continue improving at home. Monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting therapy plans for optimal recovery. Who you are as anOccupational Therapist OT :
Passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their maximum level of independence. A compassionate and effective communicator, connecting easily with patients and colleagues. A creative problem-solver, adapting treatment plans to meet diverse patient needs. Confident in both independent work and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Possesses a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a current PA Occupational Therapist license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.OUR Mission :
