Part-Time Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students. Evaluate students' fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and self-help skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy notes. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations as needed. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License required. Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff.
