The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
