Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Reading, PA. In this role, you will support students in developing the skills needed for academic success and daily functioning within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative OT services Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support students with fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Pennsylvania OT license (or eligibility) NBCOT certification preferred Previous school-based experience is a plus
