Job Description

Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license (required) Educational Specialist I or II Certificate (required) NBCOT certification Previous experience with school-based, pediatric, or special education populations preferred Ability and willingness to work onsite in Carbon or Lehigh County Comfort supporting students with a variety of disabilities and individualized needs Flexibility to follow the assigned school schedule (up to 35 hours/week) Must be available for in-person interview
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to develop tailored strategies supporting student engagement and success Complete thorough documentation and progress reports to meet school and state guidelines Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance students' participation in school routines and maximize independence Travel as needed within assigned locations in Carbon and/or Lehigh Counties Enjoy the stability of a school-year schedule, working in a positive, mission-driven environment that values your clinical skills and dedication to student growth.
