Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services that enhance patients' independence and quality of life. You will work closely with clients of all ages, including those with neurodevelopmental disorders, disabilities, and those requiring post-acute or outpatient care. Your expertise will help develop tailored treatment plans that promote functional recovery and well-being in diverse settings. Duties Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and self-care strategies. Implement evidence-based occupational therapy programs to support neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning effectively. Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately, ensuring detailed clinical documentation and compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate patients and families on treatment goals, progress, and strategies to maximize independence at home or in community settings. Why Rehab1?
