Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable Pennsylvania law OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to provide personalized therapy to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in home and community-based settings in Pennsylvania. You will evaluate each individual's functional needs, develop goal-based treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to support greater independence, meaningful participation, and quality of life. As an Occupational Therapist, You'll... : Conduct functional, standardized, and observational assessments. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy in home and community-based settings. Help individuals strengthen daily living, functional, and adaptive skills. Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications. Educate individuals, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in required meetings and trainings.
What We're Looking For:
: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current and valid Occupational Therapist Registration/Licensure (OTR/L) in the state of practice. Current NBCOT certification and any additional state-specific certifications required for practice. Strong clinical, documentation, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in occupational therapy assessment tools, functional evaluation methods, sensory integration and developmental disability interventions, assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to home and community-based service locations. Flexibility to support varying schedules and assigned service areas is required. Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), providing occupational therapy services in home or community-based settings, and delivering functional or adaptive skills training is preferred. English proficiency is required. Bilingual proficiency (including Spanish) is a plus.
