You'll provide services in children's natural environments, including homes, childcare settings, and community locations, while empowering caregivers through coaching and family-centered intervention practices. This focus on family collaboration and natural-environment services is central to Pennsylvania Early Intervention. Our therapists enjoy the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with families while helping children develop skills related to: Sensory processing and regulation Fine motor development Self-help and daily living skills Feeding and oral-motor development Play skills Social-emotional development Participation in daily routines and activities Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing intervention services for children birth to age three. Collaborate with families to develop and support meaningful IFSP outcomes. Use evidence-based, family-centered coaching strategies to build caregiver confidence and capacity. Complete required documentation and progress reporting. Participate in IFSP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration. Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Early Intervention requirements. These responsibilities align with typical Early Intervention service delivery expectations. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License. Experience in pediatrics and/or early intervention preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
