The Global Mobility Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting international and domestic employee mobility programs. This role ensures seamless relocation experiences, compliance with global policies, and alignment with business needs. The specialist partners with HR, legal, tax, and external vendors to deliver strategic and operational support for employee transfers, assignments, and relocations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Administer global mobility programs including expatriate assignments, permanent transfers, and relocations. Coordinate end-to-end relocation processes including immigration, tax, housing, travel, and cultural integration. Maintain and update mobility policies and ensure alignment with global HR strategy. Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to assess mobility needs. Liaise with external vendors (e.g., relocation services, immigration counsel, tax advisors) to ensure service excellence. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding mobility-related inquiries. Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and labor standards across jurisdictions. Monitor and manage risks related to international assignments and relocations. Maintain accurate records of mobility cases and generate reports for HR and leadership. Analyze mobility trends and provide insights to improve program effectiveness. Provide personalized support to relocating employees and their families. Facilitate pre-departure briefings, onboarding, and repatriation processes.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered. Experience Three to five (3-5) years of experience in global mobility, relocation, or international HR. Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, and employment law across regions. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with mobility vendors and HRIS systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Skills Skilled ability to analyze issues and determine appropriate solutions. Demonstrated customer service orientation with ability to provide service and remain focused. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects. Strong process improvement and project management capability. Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated presentation/facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change while consistently meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to use good judgement and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information. Demonstrated ability to work with a remote team and in a global environment across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated adaptability and openness to new approaches and feedback.- Or•An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.

Lakewood, Colorado- Onsite (hybrid) or Remote.

Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting to twenty (20) pounds. Ability to travel up to 20%.
