Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Remote Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide virtual occupational therapy services for PK-12 students across Maine . This position supports students by promoting independence and success in academic, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based therapeutic interventions delivered via teletherapy. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Occupational Therapist license ( Maine licensure or eligibility to practice in Maine , as required). Minimum 5 years of experience managing occupational therapy caseloads in both school-based and clinical settings. At least 2.5 years of experience providing occupational therapy services through telehealth. Experience managing PK-12 caseloads of up to 60 students . Experience working with students diagnosed with: Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Cerebral Palsy Proficient in administering and interpreting the following assessments: BOT-2 (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Second Edition) Sensory Profile Sensory Processing Measure (SPM) Beery
VMI PDMS-2
(Peabody Developmental Motor Scales, Second Edition) Experience using SEIS for documentation and service tracking. Strong knowledge of school-based occupational therapy practices and teletherapy service delivery. Responsibilities Provide high-quality virtual occupational therapy services to PK-12 students. Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide documentation as required.

Academic performance Play and leisure skills Social participation Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements. Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly pay: $44-$53 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
