ELEVATE ABA

is a new, purpose-driven therapy practice launching in Delaware County — a region with a growing need for pediatric therapy services and limited provider access. We are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist who wants to be part of something from the ground floor. This is a launch partner role , designed for a clinician who is entrepreneurially minded and understands that building a practice takes a runway. We will support you through vendorization with Help Me Grow Ohio so you can begin serving families through that referral network. Compensation is performance-based, tied directly to client volume as it grows. What this role looks like Complete vendorization with Help Me Grow Ohio (we guide the process) Conduct OT evaluations and therapy for pediatric clients (ages 0-8 primary focus) Collaborate with BCBA and care team for integrated service delivery Build your caseload as referrals flow through the Help Me Grow network Flexible scheduling — you set your hours as clients come on board What we're looking for Active Ohio OT license (or eligibility to obtain) Pediatric experience preferred; early intervention background a strong plus Comfortable operating independently in a startup environment

During the vendorization period, there is no base pay — this is a common arrangement in practice startups and is disclosed upfront out of respect for your time. Once clients are scheduled and billing begins, you earn 55 -65% of collected revenue per session . As volume grows, your income grows with it.
