Join a team that provides strong support, resources, and opportunities for growth Compensation $68/hour (1099 Independent Contractor) Flexible caseload based on your availability Consistent referral stream to support your desired workload What You'll Do Provide Occupational Therapy evaluations and ongoing services within the ID/DD Waiver system Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary team members Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment, durable medical equipment, and home modifications Support individuals in improving independence with daily living skills (ADLs/IADLs) Promote sensory regulation, functional participation, and overall quality of life Deliver person-centered, functional care that empowers each individual Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Virginia Experience or interest in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Passion for making a meaningful difference Why Join Us?
