Job Description Comfort Kare Services is seeking a part-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our growing pediatric therapy program in Stafford, VA. This flexible position is primarily focused on pediatric evaluations and reevaluations, treatment planning, and clinical supervision of COTA(s) . The OT will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team while helping support the continued growth of our Occupational Therapy program. Responsibilities Complete pediatric OT evaluations and reevaluations Develop and update individualized plans of care and treatment goals Provide clinical supervision and guidance to COTA(s) Review client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Complete required clinical documentation Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary clinical team Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Current Virginia OT license or eligibility for licensure Pediatric experience preferred COTA supervision experience preferred What We Offer $60-$70 per hour Flexible part-time scheduling Supportive multidisciplinary pediatric team Opportunity to help grow our OT program
