Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California (or eligibility) Demonstrated expertise in a school setting, including individualized education programs (IEPs) Experience with Home Health and Healthcare OT practices is highly desirable Competency in teletherapy delivery, including comfort with digital platforms and remote engagement Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and a range of service delivery models

What Youll Be Doing:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students, both individually and in groups Develop, implement, and document evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each students learning goals Deliver therapy services on-site and via virtual platforms, adapting seamlessly between in-person and teletherapy Consult with teachers, families, and school staff, offering strategies and tools to support student independence and success Monitor progress, track data, and adjust interventions to meet evolving student needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to overall student support planning This assignment runs from September 7th through January 11th, covering a leave of absence.
