Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license in California Previous experience in a school-based setting, working with PreK through middle-grade students Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Comfortable providing services both onsite and virtually Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to organize schedules to meet varied student needs Flexibility to work a full 40-hour week preferred; consideration given to qualified applicants interested in three-day shifts

Essential Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to a caseload of 50 students, tailoring interventions to individual needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to foster student progress toward IEP goals Conduct functional and developmental evaluations, document findings, and participate in IEP meetings Implement creative strategies to enhance student participation and performance across diverse environments Adapt therapy modalities for both in-person and virtual sessions
