What you bring:

Active Occupational Therapist license in Louisiana Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Comfortable conducting virtual evaluations and therapy sessions Experienced in supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a variable weekly schedule and document effectively Primary responsibilities: Perform comprehensive re-evaluations for students across multiple grade levels Complete PreK evaluations each Friday Participate at least one day per week to finalize IEPs, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant Provide ongoing supervision to a COTA, offering guidance and clinical oversight Document all work in accordance with district and state requirements Maintain professional communication with staff and administration as needed This short-term contract position begins as soon as possible, lasting one to two months, with part-time hours offering a manageable caseload. Upon contract completion, ongoing COTA supervision may be available for those interested in continuing a relationship in a reduced capacity.
