Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible) About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who is Washington State licensed and holds Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification to provide virtual occupational therapy services to K-12 students. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on students' academic and functional success. Responsibilities Provide virtual occupational therapy evaluations and direct services to students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable). Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations. Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver engaging, evidence-based services. Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license. Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification required. Previous school-based experience preferred. Experience providing teletherapy services is a plus.
