The draw here is the senior OT with deep hand-therapy experience who's on hand to mentor you, whether you're already working in hands or building toward your CHT. You'll join a small, tight-knit team on a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule, with a clinical ladder, CE stipend, and 401(k) match to support your long-term growth. Qualifications & Requirements MOT or OTD from an accredited program Active or pending South Carolina OT license Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred CHT a plus but not required New grads and experienced OTs welcome Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
