Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at Peaceful Pines of Mitchell in Mitchell, SD, and we're building our therapy team from the ground up. Be part of a brand-new outpatient therapy program Help shape workflows and patient experience from day one Collaborative interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Clinical autonomy with supportive leadership Flexible part-time schedule Opportunities for professional growth and program development Competitive benefits for eligible employees What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and functional mobility Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support safe, independent living Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and home programs Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Complete timely, accurate documentation Support the development of a patient-focused outpatient therapy program Requirements Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota What Will Help you Succeed Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills Passion for restoring independence and quality of life Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Enthusiasm for helping establish a new outpatient clinic About Blue Stone Therapy Since 2009, Blue Stone Therapy has partnered with skilled nursing and senior living communities throughout the Midwest to deliver high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
