Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state, or eligibility to obtain one Previous pediatric experience, preferably in schools, highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams Commitment to supportive, student-focused care
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students Provide direct therapy sessions and document progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support educational goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Offer consultative support and training to school staff
