Job Description Location:

Ashland City, TN (In-Person, 2 sites per week)

Contract Term:

ASAP June 2027We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time contract position in Ashland City, TN . This on-site role starts immediately and runs through June 2027 , offering excellent stability and a predictable schedule.

In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services across two local sites per week and provide leadership by overseeing three Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) . Key Responsibilities Administer occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatments. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet student/patient goals. Supervise, guide, and collaborate with three COTAs to ensure high-quality care delivery. Commute between two designated sites weekly to manage caseloads effectively. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings. Qualifications Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Tennessee state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain). Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to supervise supportive staff (COTAs). Reliable transportation for commuting between two weekly sites.
