Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Tennessee School-based OT experience preferred Strong clinical and organizational skills Leadership capabilities to supervise
COTAs Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 120 students Oversee and collaborate with three COTAs throughout the district Travel between school sites as needed Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals Coordinate and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
